Introduced "deferReply"-mechanic to almost all commands. /lfg is not possible because sometimes it replies ephemeral and sometimes not.
When no games have been played, the /top10-command crashed the bot.

Changed the style of deferring some interactions from individual solution to official "defer". But the behaviour differs for link embedding, that's why it could not implemented for the /lfg-command.
