Plan exit confirmation UI redesign

Redesigned plan completion confirmation with 3 option cards: Recommended / Fast / Safe
Added "Bypass approvals" option that sets bypassPermissions for the current run only (does not change global settings)
Moved "Continue planning" input to a separate bottom row
New i18n keys for improved clarity and consistency across languages
