Native layer scaling and touch-bound fix.

  • fixed 1028x828 logical EGL producer
  • SurfaceControl matrix scales complete framebuffer without clipping
  • physical layer/input bounds scale with the visible overlay
  • no full-display touch-capturing Surface
  • symmetric resize handles outside the lower corners
  • immediate proportional resize and title-only collapse
