Add bash uninstall.sh: remove matching managed launcher and private venv, preserve keys/config/history/artifacts/source. Refuse busy sessions; no system packages or DNS touched. 35 offline/mock tests passed; fresh ZIP uninstall/reinstall smoke passed.
