Description: Checks if input key is an action key.

Parameters	Description
input<string>	input to be examined

Returns	Description
bool	true when input represents action key

Remarks:

An action key modifies the internal state of calculator/converter and includes, but not limited to:

• clear current input;
• clear all input;
• undo last input;
• evaluate current input.
