Fixed

  • On Windows, an OSM file in a folder with accented or other non-English
    letters in its name (C:\Users\Zoë\Documents\...) could not be read
    ("Open failed ... The system cannot find the file specified"), and
    .osm.pbf, .osm.gz and .osm.bz2 output could not be written to
    one. The same went for such letters in the file's own name.

Tests

  • The offline tests now also run on Windows on every push.
