This is the final version of this project.

• modify the website to look more refine
• make some changes on the student page as now the student page can add item
• there is still some feature left out

-New add buttons on the main screen
-New functions where the user can add report and view report

-add a few more page (example: admin page such as 'Asection1.php", new 'section4.php' for other item not categorized.)
-add new functions like create, edit and delete for admin page.
-modified main page to fit phone size screen
-fix a bug where after delete the admin cannot add item
