Highlights
- Move or rename a Zotero collection together with its complete folder tree, including files not yet represented in Zotero, then rebuild linked-attachment paths below it.
- Merge into an existing same-named destination by moving contents. Empty source folders are removed only after active-collection, emptiness, and folder-identity checks, including OneDrive read-only folder handling.
- Repair linked attachments after external filename or folder changes through Windows file IDs. Moves outside the configured root are reported instead of silently changing collection membership.
- Persist moves blocked by an open PDF and retry after the file is closed or Zotero restarts.
- Import or rebuild linked libraries from collection folders using DOI/ISBN metadata, file-ID fast matching, duplicate detection, and existing-item reuse.
