Releases: Yivas/pi-assistant-prefill
Release list
v0.1.1
Highlights
- A bare
/prefillin the TUI opens a menu with its own searchable list: title, current choice, library folder, a search line and a description for each option. Every option is shown even when the library is empty. - The menu can create and edit profiles. Cancelling at any step writes nothing; files are written inside the library only, linked folders are refused, size limits are checked first and the catalog is read again to confirm the profile is valid.
/prefill listkeeps the direct profile selector, and RPC and JSON keep listing without a dialog.
Editing a profile changes its revision, so a conversation that already used it stops sending the example. See docs/selector.md for what was checked in a real Pi and what was not.
Install: pi install npm:pi-assistant-prefill@0.1.1
pi-assistant-prefill 0.1.0
Highlights
First release of the pi-assistant-prefill extension source.
- Read-only profile library: catalog, manifest and texts per profile, global configuration and resolution, with the file format and its limits documented.
/prefillcommand: list, use, off, status, preview and reload, with a per-mode contract and presentation escaping.- Application of the chosen profile to a new eligible session through request-context projection, with per-branch records, eligibility rules and a conservative provider check.
- A manual verification harness next to the automated suite, and a case-by-case compatibility page stating what was checked and what remains unproven.
Compatibility and limits
Checked with Pi 1.1.0 and Node.js 24.9.0. The automated suite runs on Linux and Windows in continuous integration; the manual checks were run on Windows.
No behaviour against a real model provider has been verified. Automatic compaction by threshold, real cache warming costs, the interactive-only JSONL export, terminal-UI resizing and themes, and any other Pi version or platform remain unproven, as listed in docs/compatibility.md.
Installation
The package is published on npm; Pi installs it with pi install npm:pi-assistant-prefill@0.1.0. Nothing here has been verified against a provider.
