R7 is the definitive bounded capability-runtime/conformance technical release. It repairs the preserved R6 arbitrary-offset tar-stream and Windows long-path defects. Local strict recomputation passed, pre-public hostile validation rejected 19/19 mutations, public manifest-only reconstruction passed, post-public hostile replay rejected 19/19 mutations, and a fresh blind Codex red-team returned PASS including 12/12 USTAR/V7 arbitrary-prefix controls. Review receipts are published on master under results/abi_final_validation_v2/blind_redteam_r7/. Human ratings remain 0/21,000; independent different-hardware reproduction and registered minimum-information certification remain OPEN. R7 does not claim arbitrary teacher extraction, teacher-quality fluent generation, universal host compatibility, or superiority over LoRA/distillation.
