  • Recommended setup is now a dedicated, empty vault with the mirror at its root; use the vault switcher to move between it and your own vaults.
  • The welcome note Obsidian creates in a new vault (欢迎.md / Welcome.md) no longer counts as "other files", so root mode works in a freshly created vault. Any other file still blocks root mode.
  • Settings and README wording updated; targetDir is documented in the setup JSON.
