Why do you think this should be added?

A dhampir can be from any race with the Humanoid tag now you have implemented this as an option for most of the Humanoid races in the game but not drow which I kind of find weird

Added. Dhampir Drow is implemented in ee1f864, following the same pattern as the other Dhampir subraces. It will ship with the next release.

In a new game it works normally. On an existing save, please be careful: the base Drow traits (Fey Ancestry, Keen Senses, Dancing Lights, Faerie Fire, Darkness) were moved onto the Lolth-Sworn and Seldarine subrace tables so that the Dhampir hybrid does not inherit them on top of its own features, so an existing Drow character would need a respec to pick them back up — and respeccing on a save that was started before this change can crash the game. Starting a new game is the safe route.
