prone bug?

all enemies knocked prone cause me and my entire party to have disadvange on all attacks or spells against them, regardless of race//class or any other difference. the disadvantage is applied to range and melee alike.

i do have other mods, but as far as i know, none of them touch mechanics like the prone condition.

ignore me, i dont know how to read the prone rules.
