Yes, as of version 4.12.1.5.

Companion's Bond was reworked in commit b940144: your Wisdom modifier is now added to the companion's Armour Class, attack rolls and damage rolls, and the feature moved from Level 5 to Level 3, so the bonus applies as soon as the beast can be summoned.
