Added in d35073b. Strike from the Dark can now be applied as a reaction after an attack lands. Whenever you hit an interdicted creature with a melee weapon attack made with Advantage — including off-hand attacks and opportunity attacks — the reaction offers itself and adds the proficiency-bonus d4s to that hit. It defaults to asking, so you can hold it for a better hit. The reaction and the existing Strike from the Dark attack action now share a single per-turn resource, so you still get one use per turn either way, and it is no longer consumed when the attack misses. |

In the same vein as a rogue's sneak attack or a paladin's smite is able to be applied as a reaction after an attack my suggestion is making the Ilrigger Shadowmaster do the same thing with the extra dice(only) from Strike from the Dark. It would open up builds with the subclass (especially dual wielding, which feats thematically and enables a dex varient of the ilrigger which fit this subclass), and would fit right in with similar abilities and how they function speficically in Baldur's Gate 3.
