Document Mapper v4.0

This release delivers a major core refactor and a cleaner end-to-end workflow for mapping, generation, and output archiving.

What’s new

  • Refactor from core.certificate to core.mapping
  • CertificateGenerator renamed to DocumentGenerator
  • New dedicated Archive workflow stage (manual per-run archive)
  • Archive supports:
    • Plain folder
    • ZIP
  • Archive root is persisted in project settings
  • Results and generated-files UI redesigned (better alignment, reusable file entry row, cleaner spacing)
  • App now opens maximized by default
  • About dialog now shows app version and author
  • Added/expanded localization: ES, FR, DE, RU

Packaging and CI

  • App icon handling centralized and improved
  • CI workflow added with:
    • Python 3.12 test gate
    • Compile checks
    • Packaging smoke build
