The registry entry now advertises both the npm package and the remote, so
anyone arriving from a directory sees two options with no guidance. Lead with
a comparison table and point at mcp.youricp.com/sse, which is the only path
that exposes the audience-building tools.

Also gate the workflow's tag/version check to tag pushes so a manual
workflow_dispatch run doesn't fail on the branch name.
