🚀 v1.0.1 - The Core Stability Update

YMA Tools is levelling up. Following the Cyber Edition launch, v1.0.1 focuses on "Engine Hardening"—making the icon application process smoother, faster, and more resilient to Windows system locks—no more crashes when Explorer is stubborn.

🛠️ What’s New in the Engine?

  • 🛡️ Anti-Lock Logic: Added a "Retry & Bypass" system. If Windows Explorer or a background service locks a folder, the engine now retries automatically instead of throwing an error.
  • 💎 Metadata Hardening: Improved handling of desktop.ini attributes and folder timestamps to ensure icons "stick" even after a system reboot.
  • 📜 Smarter Error Logs: The engine_error.log now provides deeper insights into why a conversion or application might be failing.

📦 How to Install / Update

  1. Download the YMAIconChanger.ps1 file.
  2. If you have an old version, replace the file; your config.json will stay intact.
  3. Right-click the file and select Run with PowerShell.
  4. Follow the Cyber Installer to initialise or repair your setup.

Pro Tip: Encountering a "Script Execution" error? Run this command in PowerShell as Admin:
Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser

📦 How to Install
