1. Right after installing the app, it doesn't crash if you toggle Bluetooth on/off
2. Right after installing the app, it doesn't crash if you restart the phone
3. Right after installing the app, the BLE service starts on boot
4. The app will ask you for location permissions and to enable Bluetooth as appropriate
5. Right after installing the app, you can can scan and connect to a wearable sensor.
6. After connecting to a wearable sensor, you can toggle bluetooth on/off and the app will automatically connect to the wearable sensor.
7. After connecting to a wearable sensor, you can restart the phone and the will automatically start on boot and connect to the wearable sensor.
