Reference verification for DeepSeek Harness (refcheck_check tool).

v1.0.2 changes:

  • Fix author family/given split for multi-word given names (Aidan N. Gomez -> Gomez, A. N., was N. Gomez, A.)
  • Fix stray comma in IEEE corrected citations when volume/issue/pages are missing
  • e2e: regression assertions for both fixes
