+ Added geom_balance - for highlighting neighboring clades. + Updated treeAnnotation vignette with demonstration of geom_balance. Signed-off-by: Justin Silverman <jsilve24@gmail.com>
geom_balance now gives warning and does not plot balance if called on a node that is a tip or has >2 children (multichotomy). + updated documentation for geom_balance + added (simple unit test) - currently fairly trivial but could be easily expanded if desired. (see #63)
geom_balance (and stat_balance etc...) are useful when investigating features of neighboring clades.
I have adapted code from geom_hilight in an attempt to keep it as 'ggtree-esque' as I can.
Please let me know if you have any concerns.
