First standalone release of the free CI Rescue Diagnostic Action.

• Preserves the existing v1.0.1 composite Action behavior.
• Offline, dependency-free analysis of one workflow and an optional saved, sanitized log.
• Never edits inspected inputs and never replaces an existing report.
• Tested on GitHub-hosted Linux, macOS, and Windows runners.

This release is not represented as published in GitHub Marketplace. Marketplace publication remains an owner-controlled UI step.
