Free, offline, read-only diagnostics for GitHub Actions workflow files and optional CI logs.

  • No network calls from the Action
  • Atomic report creation that never overwrites an existing file
  • Markdown-safe summaries with a 900 KiB job-summary cap
  • 42 toolkit tests and 6 wrapper tests, verified on Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows
