v0.3.1 — theme your forms

Closes #3.

• --theme CSS on all three ask scripts: a stylesheet layered over the web UI's design tokens (--color-*, --radius-*, light and dark), served at /api/v1/theme.css. Probed like --timeout — older engines note it on stderr and continue unthemed.
• SKILL.md documents theming for real: the actual flag and token names, schemaui's examples/themes/midnight.css as the copy-me example, external design-system mapping (one commented rule per token), and --frontend DIR + the REST contract for fully custom frontends.
• Tests: unit coverage for the flag/capability interaction and an e2e asserting the themed stylesheet is served verbatim; suite at 31 passed, 3 skipped.

v0.3.0 — figures in forms, bundled grill-with-docs

Forms can now show instead of tell, and fresh installs can grill out of the box.

• Figures in forms (schemaui ≥ 0.16): x-content (Mermaid/SVG/Markdown above a question), x-options (a figure on every enum option), and x-control: "mermaid" (the answer is an editable, live-previewed diagram). New example deployment-architecture.schema.json; web-research-brief gained a node figure and an editable report flow. Cheat sheet, version notes and hard rules cover all of it in the SKILL.md.
• Bundled grill-with-docs skill: one question at a time, every question with a recommended answer, grounded in the project's docs. The skill defers to whatever grilling skill the user already has and only falls back to the bundled one.
• Fixed: the e2e suite speaks the engine's current /api/v1/* API, so CI passes against current releases.
• Screenshots: control gallery, figure-bearing options, and the live mermaid editor now illustrate the READMEs.

v0.2.0 — engine auto-installers

New in this release:

• scripts/install.sh / scripts/install.ps1 — auto-detecting installers for the schemaui engine (prebuilt binary download, brew/scoop/cargo fallbacks, dry-run support). Agents can now self-heal when schemaui is missing.
• install.md — every install channel documented, plus agent guidance for exit code 3.
• SKILL.md prerequisite section links the schemaui project and the installers.
