  • greenroom-bundle.zip — console + serve.py reference backend + the 8 skills + docs, for full local use (add a MODEL_API_KEY to unlock the live copilot & mock interviews).

  • Polished landing page + GitHub Pages deploy; ?demo auto-loads the embedded demo workspace so visitors land straight in the product.
