Polish: memxt logo + Intel-Mac cross-compile + version bump - #4

Conversation
- assets/logo.svg: new mark for memxt — stacked memory layers (the data model) sliced by a speed bolt, clean `memxt` wordmark. Replaces the old "memory palace" temple + FAST-MEMPALACE text. - release.yml: build darwin-x86_64 by cross-compiling on the arm runner (-DCMAKE_OSX_ARCHITECTURES=x86_64 + zig -Dtarget=x86_64-macos) instead of the deprecated/queue-starved macos-13 runners; skip its runtime smoke test since the x86 binary can't run on the arm host. Future releases include Intel Mac. - build.zig.zon: version 0.1.0 -> 0.2.1 to match the release. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

New memxt logo (stacked memory layers + speed bolt, replacing the old palace temple), cross-compile darwin-x86_64 on the arm runner so Intel Mac is included in future releases without depending on deprecated macos-13 runners, and bump the package version to 0.2.1.
