Settings screen redesigned as a proper Android TV menu (Leanback GuidedStep) instead of one long scrolling page — a main menu splits into focused steps for the destination app, YouTube app, and Jellyfin check, each with native remote-friendly radios/checkboxes/text fields. The subscription/payment screen stays as its own screen, side-by-side QR codes included.

Also fixes a real bug: after a normal click already opened the right app successfully, a leftover background OCR retry (part of the voice-search safety net) could still fire a few seconds later, misreading whatever was on screen by then — the app you'd just opened — and act on that instead. Confirmed and fixed.
