Fixes the confirm dialogs (Fire TV's "Open in..." prompt and Google TV's optional "Watch now") sometimes leaving you back inside TvRecommendationBridge itself instead of exactly where you were on the launcher when dismissed — they now run in their own isolated task.

Also adds an on-screen "Back" button next to the confirm button on both — on some Fire TV units, the remote's physical Back button could also leak an extra Back action to the launcher underneath the dialog; the on-screen button avoids that entirely.
