New: "Recommended for you" screen

A screen inside the app suggesting more movies and shows based on what you've actually opened through it — split into Movies and Series, powered by TMDB's recommendation engine (no AI, no made-up titles). Enable it from Settings, then open it anytime with "View recommendations", or it'll show up automatically once there's something to recommend.

Also fixes a rare delayed/ghost secondary open right after a click was already handled correctly.
