v0.2.0 — new icon + GUI overhaul

Icon redesign in the 02-family visual language (glowing mint landmass vs its coral true size) and a full dock GUI overhaul: theme-proof light design system (identical under QGIS 3 light / QGIS 4 dark), header with tagline, teal tab badges, per-tool accent cards, coloured grade chips in the projection report card, and Size Duel polish (hover highlights, round counter, smarter action button). No behaviour changes; verified end-to-end on QGIS 3.44 LTR and QGIS 4.2. Full details in CHANGELOG.md.
