Archipelago Feature Test Update + More!

This new update is a Test Build for a bunch of new features, as well as Archipelago Mode features!

As of now, Archipelago Mode doesn't actually connect to Archipelago, and is simply meant to test different extra features regarding it. Next update will likely be the one to contain it!

New features include, but are not limited to:

• New Chart Modifiers (A lot!)
• EK Mode Toggle: Allows use of Vanilla Noteskins when off.
• Archipelago Yest Mode: Tests SvC integration and Items/Traps.
• Play Here button for the Chart Editor: Start playing your song at the start of any section.
• Load JSON Button: Load any Chart File. Currently buggy with 100% Vanilla Charts.
• GF Duet Note: Duet... with GF!
• Streamer VS Chat! Currently only properly working with Twitch.
• Mania Converter: Converts any song to any amount of keys compatible. May bug out with less than 4 keys. Set Chart Modifier to "ManiaConverter" to use.
• 4K Mode now actually FUNCTIONS!
• Change Mania (Special) Event: Changes the Mania, and activates the Mania Converter mid-song!
• New Pause Menu Song (with a secret?)

Action Engine v0.0.1-alpha

Action Engine v0.0.1-alpha includes LUA in the menu
