This release brings a new app icon.

• New app icon: the game's own Knuckles' Chaotix logo on a red rounded square. It replaces the pixel-art Knuckles on every platform: the Windows program, the window, the Android launcher, and the macOS and iOS apps.
  • The logo is from Wikimedia Commons, where it is marked public domain as a text-only logo; it may still be a trademark of Sega. The logo itself is unchanged.
  • The old icon was pixel art by Cotton_Candy_2C from SteamGridDB, suggested by @Abdouxgo in #22. Both sources are in THIRD_PARTY.md and CREDITS.md.
  • On Android, the launcher may keep showing the old icon until the app is restarted or the launcher refreshes.

The game itself is the same as in 0.6.1.

Validation:

• Windows: all 47 CTest cases pass.
• macOS (M1): all 44 CTest cases pass and lockstep is bit-identical on arm64.
• Linux: all 44 Linux CTest cases pass.
• Packages: the packaged Windows and Linux builds pass the startup tests.
• Android: the APKs have not been tested on a device for this release.

Downloads: the Windows x64 zip, the Linux x64 tar.gz, the macOS arm64 zip, the iOS .ipa, and two Android APKs: arm64-v8a/x86_64 (the usual one) and armeabi-v7a (32-bit ARM). Both APKs use version code 28 and the same signing certificate as 0.6.1, so they update in place.

You must supply your own Knuckles' Chaotix (Japan, USA) ROM. No ROM image or game assets are included.
