wayfinder-maps 0.5.0
What's new
- Copy and open, on the desktop. Work next, Work this ticket, Implement frontier and Implement spec copy their command to the clipboard, say so in a toast, and open a new chat in the project's folder. Paste (Ctrl+V, ⌘V on a Mac) and press Enter to run it with no context from the drawer's chat.
- The drawer keeps a "✓ Copied … paste it in the new chat" line until you move to another map or ticket.
- Where the app takes no copy, the system's own clipboard tool does it (
clip.exe,pbcopy,wl-copy/xclip).
Changes
- The new desktop chat opens empty, in the project's folder: the link no longer carries the prompt.
Fixes
- New desktop chats no longer show a broken
/command the app refused to run.
Breaking changes
- The
terminalchoice of theworkInsetting is gone;new-chatandhereremain. If you had setterminal, the setting falls back tonew-chat: on the desktop the command is now copied and a new app chat opens, and in the terminal a terminal window still runs it.
wayfinder-maps 0.4.1
What's new
- None.
Changes
implement-frontiernames each subagent's branch<wave branch>--<ticket>, so a wave's branches are easy to find.
Fixes
implement-frontierno longer leaves worktrees and branches behind: each subagent's worktree and branch (local and remote) is deleted as soon as its work is merged into the wave branch, and a final sweep confirms none remain. The wave branch is the only branch a run leaves.
Breaking changes
- None.
wayfinder-maps 0.4.0
What's new
- Work in a new chat. Work next and Work this ticket open a new chat with no context, so free tickets can be worked in parallel: a new session in the desktop app (in the project's folder, the prompt filled in; press Enter to start), or a terminal window of its own from the terminal.
- Work next fans out. After a ticket is opened in a new chat, its card reads
new chat ↗and Work next moves on to the next free ticket. - Specs in waves. On a spec, Implement frontier · N ↗ runs the new bundled skill
/wayfinder-maps:implement-frontier: the spec's frontier tickets built by parallel subagents in their own worktrees, merged into one draft PR and code-reviewed, then it stops. - Whole spec. On a spec, Implement spec ↗ runs Matt Pocock's
/mattpocock-skills:implement-spec. - New settings:
workIn(new-chat,terminalorhere),specPrompt,frontierPrompt.
Changes
- Work next on a map now works that exact ticket (
/wayfinder <map> <ticket>) instead of the map, so two parallel chats never pick the same one. With no ticket free it becomes Work the map. - Buttons that open a new chat end in
↗; buttons that work in this chat end in→. - A whole ticket card is now one click target, not each line of its title.
CLAUDE.mdadded: how to build and release mods in this repo.
Fixes
- The last card in the drawer is no longer cut off at the bottom.
- Card titles are no longer split into separately clickable lines.
Breaking changes
- Work buttons no longer run in the current chat. They open a new chat by default. To keep the old behaviour, set
workIntohereunder/config. - Work next on a map sends
mapTicketPrompt(one ticket), notmapPrompt.mapPromptis now used only by Work the map, when no ticket is free.
wayfinder-maps 0.4.2 (withdrawn)
Withdrawn. This version was reverted: the token handoff did not work reliably in the desktop app. Use 0.4.1.
What's new
- None.
Changes
- A new chat opened in the desktop app is now filled with a plain line such as
Wayfinder: work ticket 24 (Sync planning docs) of Cruxel design [wf-…]instead of the slash command. Press Enter and the mod runs the real command in that chat. Each line works once, within an hour.
Fixes
- Work buttons in the desktop app now run their skill. The app turns the
/of a slash command that a link fills in into a full-width/, so the new chat could not run/mattpocock-skills:wayfinder(or/implement,/implement-spec,/wayfinder-maps:implement-frontier).
Breaking changes
- None.
