Bug Fixes

• MCP calls without session information are now included in the workspace cumulative budget instead of bypassing time limits.
• Browser Turn budget timing no longer resets incorrectly after long-running tools or stream idle periods.
• Delayed first tool calls now respect the actual elapsed budget phase.
• The Browser Bridge token can still be entered directly in the overlay when Edge blocks the extension options page.

Experience Improvements

• The Windows release workflow now includes a portable package.
