Fix: sidebar entry actually shows up now

v1.5.19's anchor strategy assumed every Jellyfin layout wraps nav items in .navMenuSection divs, but modern 10.11.x web flat-renders <a class=navMenuOption> children directly inside .navMenuOptions with no section wrappers, so the previous query returned nothing and the entry never appeared.

The injector now finds any existing .navMenuOption (Home, Movies, etc.) and inserts ours as a sibling in the same parent — cloning the layout we found instead of guessing the wrapper structure. It also clones the existing item's class list so we inherit Jellyfin's exact styling. Insert position is right before the first sibling matching Sign Out / Settings / Dashboard / Manage Server, falling back to append.

Retry loop extended from 15s to 60s for slow / cold-cache loads, and the MutationObserver is throttled to 250ms so nav rebuilds don't thrash the page.
