Small follow-up release for the achievement toast and admin testing flow.

  • Unlock toasts now roll from the achievement title into the badge description instead of a blank second stage.
  • Achievement popups show during playback by default again; existing profiles are migrated away from the old accidental mute-during-playback default.
  • Admin testing is easier with a server-user picker on the achievement admin/config pages.
  • Fallback script injection now cache-busts by plugin version on read-only Jellyfin web roots.
