SimpleFIN bank sync, a local web dashboard, and an advisor insights system.

Added

• SimpleFIN bank sync — live. finance sync setup-simplefin --token <token> claims a one-time setup token and stores the access URL. finance sync --adapter simplefin pulls transactions and balances for all mapped accounts since the last sync. Account mapping via finance sync map / unmap / status. Smart --since default: fetches from last sync date, not a fixed lookback.
• Auto-import. finance sync --adapter simplefin --auto-import chains sync → import in one step. Still dry-run by default; add --commit for full automation. Dedup handles overlap between SimpleFIN pulls and manual CSV imports.
• Balance sync. SimpleFIN responses include account balances; the sync command now writes them to balance_history automatically. Sign convention normalized (credit card balances stored as positive = amount owed).
• Local web dashboard. finance dashboard boots a FastAPI + React SPA at http://127.0.0.1:8765. Read-only. 20 API endpoints covering every analytics function. 15 pages: Overview, Net Worth, Accounts, Cashflow, Transactions, Budget, Goals, Debt (with payoff simulator), Allocation, Fees, Anomalies, Recurring, Categories, Afford, Reports.
• Advisor insights system. 10 financial insight generators that analyze transaction and balance data to surface actionable observations — spending spikes, recurring charge changes, savings rate trends, and more. Insights persist in the DB and display on the dashboard landing page. Each insight includes a category, severity, and human-readable explanation.
• web optional dependency group in pyproject.toml: fastapi>=0.115, uvicorn[standard]>=0.34.

Changed

• finance sync is now a command group with subcommands (setup-simplefin, map, unmap, status). The existing --adapter / --list / --list-accounts flags still work as before.
• CLAUDE.md sync routing updated: "sync my accounts" now runs SimpleFIN with auto-import.
• SimpleFIN adapter (sync/simplefin_stub.py) rewritten from stub to live implementation.

Tests

292 passing (245 carried over + 26 SimpleFIN + 21 insights).
