Patch release. Single fix:

nudge-update --apply now refreshes the PATH symlinks (/opt/homebrew/bin/nudge-claude, /opt/homebrew/bin/nudge-update) after the swap. Without this, anyone upgrading from a pre-1.2.0 install — where nudge-update didn't exist in the bundle — wouldn't have a nudge-update shortcut on their PATH after the first apply. Caught while testing the v1.2.0 update path on my own machine.

Same swap behavior otherwise: download Nudge.app.zip, kill the running Nudge, rename the old bundle aside, drop the new one in, clear quarantine, relaunch.

nudge-update --apply
