Ooze 0.4.8 "Gambit"

• Ooze Watch playback fix — movies now play on hardware where GL initialization fails: Watch falls back to mpv's software renderer automatically (set OOZE_WATCH_SW=1 to force it for diagnosis).

Install: sudo apt install ./ooze_0.4.8_amd64.deb or run the AppImage. Upgrading from git: ooze update.
