Fixes

• Region capture black screen/hang on HDR desktops - the desktop-duplication frame loop could spin forever on an idle screen and leaked stale frames; it is now bounded, accepts stale frames (they still contain the desktop image), and falls back to GDI capture instead of ever returning a black bitmap
• HDR AVIF discoloration when viewed as SDR - AVIF files (HDR and SDR) are now written full-range; limited-range files rendered washed out in viewers that assume the AVIF full-range convention
• Restored single-instance behaviour - launching ShareXPlus-HDR while it is already running now pops up the existing main window (and forwards any command-line arguments) instead of starting a second instance (-multi still bypasses)

Build & packaging

• Release builds now compile the Inno Setup installer automatically as a post-build step (skip with /p:CompileInstaller=false)
• Version auto-increments on every Release build via version.txt (skip with /p:BumpVersion=false)
• Product and installer rebranded to ShareXPlus-HDR; setup output is now ShareXPlus-HDR-<version>-setup.exe
