Zaparoo Frontend v1.3.0 is a lot faster and looks different. Opening a system goes straight to its games, long lists page smoothly, covers stop popping in, and launching responds a frame after you press the button. The theme was rebuilt with 19 color schemes under Settings > Appearance, from Zaparoo Dark and Light to Game Boy, Nord, and Solarized, plus a Color intensity setting for stronger edges and highlights. The Hub is now a grid you lay out yourself: add any system, folder, or game as a tile from its options menu, then move, hide, or remove tiles.
Settings are reorganized into Appearance, Library, Display, Controls, Language, and About. The metadata import is now Update metadata, with a dialog that asks for a source and systems and remembers your choice, and it runs on a single game too. Change launcher works per game, Random game and Random favorite pick for you, favorites group by system, and French joins the interface languages. The bundled MiSTer Main build adds CRT settings and a kiosk mode to the OSD, an opt-in auto-save before a core unloads, and auto-run for physical discs.
Frontend needs Zaparoo Core v2.17.0 or newer. Update All installs Frontend v1.3.0 and Core v2.17.1 together. Frontend now renders at 960 by 540 on a 1080p display by default; full 1080p is under Settings > Display > Interface resolution.
