Reflect Beta v1.4.0

Beta build — not the stable release. Installing this replaces whatever
version of Reflect is currently on your phone.

What changed since beta v1.3.0

• Reworked how starring actually works, based on feedback that the
  original within-day rotation exemption wasn't the intent:
  • Starring is now a priority weight in each day's independent draw.
    A starred prompt is much more likely to be picked for a given day's 5
    (~12x the odds of an unstarred one), but it's not a hard lock — it
    can be skipped some days, and can just as easily come back the very
    next day.
  • Once you have at least one starred prompt, every day's 5 is
    guaranteed to include at least one starred prompt and at least one
    non-starred one, so favoriting a lot of prompts doesn't crowd out
    variety entirely.
  • History icon changed from an icon to a plain "History" text label
    (the alarm-clock icon read as "set a reminder," which isn't what it
    does).
