ctx v1.2.2 — Fix global node leak on project detection failure

  • Read cwd from Claude Code hook stdin payload instead of relying on shell cwd
  • Use git -C against the resolved directory for project detection
  • Fail closed when project can't be determined (zero nodes, not all nodes)
  • Version-gated --fail-closed flag (ctx binary >= 0.6.3) with sentinel fallback
  • Support CTX_PROJECT env var override

agent-cli v1.0.0 — New plugin

Convention for building agent-friendly CLIs with --agent-help. Three-tier progressive disclosure:

  • Tier 1: CLI index (<300 tokens)
  • Tier 2: Command detail (<150 tokens)
  • Tier 3: Error hints (<50 tokens)

Includes implementation patterns for Go (Cobra), Python (Click), Rust (Clap), and Node (Commander).
