Integration with Claude Code 2.1.x features for better native compatibility.

Native Task System Support

• Added TaskCreate, TaskUpdate, TaskList to /devloop:run allowed-tools
• New sync-plan-to-tasks.sh script to parse plan.md into native task format
• Hybrid approach: plan.md for persistence, native tasks for real-time UI progress

Skill Enhancements

• devloop-audit skill now uses context: fork and agent: Explore for isolated execution
• /devloop:spike can now use native Explore agent for large codebase exploration

Setup Hook System

• New Setup hook triggered by claude --init for project initialization
• init-devloop.sh script creates .devloop/ structure with tech stack detection
• Auto-detects language (go, typescript, javascript, python, java, rust) and framework

Agent Improvements

• code-reviewer agent now includes lifecycle hooks for file logging

Documentation

• Updated README with claude --init workflow
• Added hybrid task tracking documentation
• Documented Explore agent integration in spike.md
