Commands to Skills Migration

All 13 devloop commands migrated from legacy commands/ directory to recommended skills/ format.

Changes

• Created 12 new skills/<name>/SKILL.md files from former command files
• Merged pr-feedback command into existing pr-feedback skill
• Added disable-model-invocation: true to 6 execution-only skills (run, run-swarm, fresh, ship, archive, statusline)
• Updated INDEX.md (v4.0) with 27 total skills (13 workflow + 14 reference)
• Updated architecture docs, contributing guide, and integration docs
• Deleted commands/ directory entirely

Notes

• No breaking changes — both commands/ and skills/ produce identical /devloop:* slash commands
• Users running plugin update will get the new structure automatically
• Marketplace version: 0.5.6
