Changes
- Normalize ToolCallStarted event args so payload.args is always a dict.
- Parse JSON object strings from provider tool-call messages.
- Preserve malformed or non-object JSON as {"INVALID_JSON": raw} instead of leaking a string.
- Add regression coverage for dict args, JSON string args, non-object JSON, and malformed JSON.
