New: Setting show_instance_number to true will print the current instance number at the beginning of the console output. This makes it easier to debug, since all instances share a single editor output field. (Editor Only)

Colors and format can be customized as well with instance_number_format_plain and instance_number_format_rich

Fix: Argument separator from LogDuckSettings is ignored. #2
