🧹 Fix empty catch blocks in Program.cs

🎯 What: Modified empty catch blocks in Program.cs's exception handlers (Application_ThreadException and CurrentDomain_UnhandledException) to properly catch exceptions and display them using a MessageBox.

💡 Why: Empty catch blocks hide errors and make debugging difficult. In this case, an exception thrown during ReportException (which attempts to create a CrashForm and send an HTTP request) would be totally ignored, leading to a silent failure.

✅ Verification: Reviewed the code to ensure the finally blocks containing Application.Exit() and Environment.Exit(0) still execute, preserving the original application shutdown behavior while improving error visibility.

✨ Result: If the crash reporting system fails, the user will now see a MessageBox with the failure details instead of a silent exit, improving debugging and maintainability.
