• Added configurable text stdin encoding through Command.StdinEncoding.
• Command.TimeProvider / Command.timeProvider selects the timer source for retry delays, readiness probes, and supervision; TimeProvider.System remains the default, while deterministic providers make those paths testable without global time changes.
• OutputLine.TimestampUtc and OutputLine.Sequence expose each streamed event line's capture time and one-based cross-stream order; fake and replay streams synthesize the same metadata through the command's TimeProvider without changing cassette files.
• PtySession.WithAnsiFiltering(...) removes CSI, OSC, and single-ESC terminal controls from pattern matching, pending output, and transcripts while preserving raw byte tees and the existing raw-session default.
