Version 5.8 - Mage Portals & Forever

At long last, Mages get a Travel button for their teleports and portals.
This is also the first release for Forever. It is an early port, please share feedback and bug reports, it will help me a lot.

Global :

• 🆕 NEW - Added a Mage Portals button to Travel. Left-click casts the favorite spell, right-click picks another. It only shows for Mages who know at least one teleport or portal.

Retail :

• 🛠️ IMPROVEMENT - The M+ Teleports icon in Travel now lines up with the other travel icons.

Forever :

• 🔥 IMPORTANT - Early support for Forever. If something errors, looks wrong, or is missing, please report it, it will help me a lot.
